In the Countdown to Christmas album at the left, there are a few examples of cards that you can make at a camp I am offering on November 25th. Beginning, Tuesday, October 2nd, I will be sending a card with complete instructions to everyone on my mailing list. There will also be a kit price attached; I will cut and score all the cardstock for you and mail it to your home. Convention '09
- This folder is filled with pictures from The Gathering Place at the 2009 Stampin' Up! convention. These samples are from the contests that SU! run throughout the year. Some of new product samples are directly from Stampin' Up!. The cover photo is me on stage, this year I made the $100,000 in career sales milestone. Thank you to all my customers, I couldn't have done it without you!

- This album contains samples and directions from my downline and I. We get together once a month to swap ideas and make the samples. If you have questions about a technique, give me a call.

National Card Making Day Celebration
Saturday, October 6th, is National Card Making day, (Certainly not a Hallmark Holiday), and I've got our Sister's Halloween Outing that day. So, after thinking about what I could do to celebrate with my customers and downline, I decided that I would do a very special class with a special price on Sunday the 7th!
From 1:30 to 5:30 I will host a Festive Fun Folds class - each attendee will make 3 Christmas Fun Folds for just $10 per person. (Yes, I did check the Packer schedule, they play at 7:15 that day.) The class will be open house style, stop by anytime in the after to complete your cards - they will take about an hour.
The card at the right is so fun! When you pull the back to open, the tree flips around to reveal your message. Call or email to reserve your space today!

Current SU! Special...
...Free Set of Classic Ink Pads with you purchase the Demonstrator Starter Kit. Until September 30th, when you sign up to be a Stampin' Up! demonstator, you can select any family of classic ink pads or the In Color Classic Pads as your gift from Stampin' Up!
The most common question that I am asked is "Where do you get all your ideas?" Besides the Idea Book and Catalog, demonstrators have access to Stamper's Showcase, a site set up by SU! where they post cards made by other demonstrators. But, the place where I get most of my inspiration, is through card swaps. Swaps are a way to design one card, and get many. The card to the right, is one that I made 24 of for a Christmas Card swap, sent them to the swap coordinator, and will get 24 different cards in the mail next week. I can't wait!

Simply Fabulous Rock n' Roll
When I first saw this set, I knew I had to have it! The set is Fabulous Flowers on page 102. The technique is called Rock n' Roll, and is very simple. Choose any bold stamp that is sortof round, ink it up with the lighter color you wish to use. Before stamping it, roll the edges in a darker color, breathe on it (this moistens the ink) and stamp.

Thoroughly Thankful
Have you tried the Spectrum Pads on page 186 of the Idea Book and Catalog? The card at the right ,and the Dotted Autumn Card, are made using the Pumpkin Patch Spectrum Pad. The pads feature 5 little pads that slide open for storage and closed to get the "spectrum" of colors.
This card is designed by Lori M., I really like the color blocked border and linen cross-stitches. Thanks for Sharing, Lori!
