Suzanne built this baby from the "All in the Family" set, and accented it with the Dilly-Dally Baby, including cutting out the tiny safety pin. Then, of course, the double-stitched Soft Sky ribbon and the Scallop Circle punch!
The slit punch creates the adorable scalloped edge. I love the combination of Soft Sky with Basic Black - how classic!
The cover of this card slips under the Thank You circle. When the card is opened, it has a baby photo and a thank you note. The set is Bundle of Joy from the 2007 Spring Mini Catalog.
